Action RV Service Steps
Action RV Service Center takes pride in offering individualized service for each RV which comes to our lot:

Schedule individual drop off appointment.

After making appt. customer sends over/drops off copy of warranty/insurance and Insurance Claim number

At drop off 1:1 walk through with General Manager or Lead Tech notating/listing areas in the RV that need to be looked at/worked on while it is here.

Diagnostic/Inspection performed

Call in Estimate to Warranty/Insurance (if applicable)

Send Estimate to customer for approval of work with what Insurance/Warranty will cover and what customer would need to approve.

Order parts for customer approved work.

Complete work on coach after all parts arrive.

Customer notified RV is ready for pickup.

Customer picks up with a 1:1 walk through with General Manager or Lead Tech
